Corporate hotel booking in Delhi NCR — one contact for your whole team
The NCR is three cities and an airport district, an hour apart at the wrong time: central Delhi for the ministries and embassies, Gurugram for the corporate headquarters, Noida for IT and media, Aerocity for the fly-in meeting. We match each trip to the district, book it with your company's GSTIN, and stay reachable until checkout.
How corporate booking with Samyati works
- WhatsApp us the traveller’s name, dates, the office or district they need to reach, and the budget.
- Within the hour you get two or three hotels matched to that district, with live rates.
- We book with your company’s name and GSTIN, and send the confirmation.
- During the stay, one person stays reachable for early check-in, changes and invoice fixes.

Getting around
- Metro: the Airport Express runs from Terminal 3 and Aerocity to New Delhi station in about twenty minutes. The Yellow Line links central Delhi to Gurugram’s MG Road and Millennium City Centre, with the Rapid Metro looping through Cyber City and Golf Course Road. The Blue Line reaches Noida’s Sector 18 and Sector 62; the Aqua Line continues to Greater Noida.
- Expressways: the Delhi–Gurugram highway (NH-48), the Noida Expressway and the DND Flyway are quick off-peak and slow from 9 to 11 AM and 5 to 8 PM. We put the realistic timing in the confirmation.
- Within a district: most offices are 5–15 minutes from the hotels we list.
For finance and admin teams
- One invoice per stay, in your legal name with GSTIN, sent on checkout; we tell you whether it’s a Delhi, Haryana or UP invoice.
- A monthly summary of stays on request, for reconciliation.
- Travellers’ preferences — floor, bed, vegetarian breakfast, late checkout — kept on file so you don’t repeat them.
- How GST on hotel rooms works, including when the credit applies.

The district your meetings are in. Aerocity for a fly-in meeting or a conference with delegates from several cities; Gurugram — Cyber City, Udyog Vihar or Golf Course Road — for the corporate headquarters; Noida's Sector 18, 62 or the Expressway for IT and media; Chanakyapuri or Connaught Place for ministries, embassies and the older corporate addresses. Crossing from Noida to Gurugram at peak can take two hours.
Indira Gandhi International Airport sits between the two. Cyber City in Gurugram is 10 to 12 km — 20 to 40 minutes; Connaught Place is about 15 km — 30 to 60 minutes, or 20 minutes by the Airport Express metro to New Delhi station. Noida is the far side: 35 to 45 km and 60 to 90 minutes.
Yes. We take your company's legal name and GSTIN at booking so the invoice is correct first time. Rooms above ₹7,500 a night carry 18% GST that a GST-registered company can claim back; rooms up to ₹7,500 carry 5% without credit. Note that Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh hotels issue invoices under their own state GST — we tell you which applies.
