1. Who We Are

Samyati.in is operated by Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd (CIN U93000MH2013PTC245437), a company registered in Maharashtra, India (GSTN: 27AATCS7542M2ZE). Our registered office is at 2104/1/11, DP Laxminarayan Mill Compound, Jalna, Maharashtra, and our operating office is at 102, Shanti Niwas Building, Baner, Pune — 411045. We provide hotel booking services.

2. Information We Collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or this website, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Travel details — destination, dates, number of guests, budget
• Company name and GSTN (for corporate bookings)
• Room preferences and special requests communicated during booking
• Payment information processed through secure hotel or banking channels

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Research, recommend, and book hotels on your behalf
• Communicate booking confirmations, vouchers, and invoices
• Remember your preferences for future bookings
• Issue GST-compliant invoices for your expense claims
• Respond to queries and resolve any issues during your stay

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share only what is necessary with hotels at the time of making a reservation (name, arrival details, special requests).

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking records and preferences to serve you better on future trips. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@samyati.in.

6. WhatsApp Communications

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to ours. We use WhatsApp only for booking-related communication and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

7. Website Data, Cookies and Analytics

This website is a static site. It does not set cookies of its own, and the enquiry forms on it send your message to WhatsApp rather than storing it on a server. It does load Google Tag Manager, which we use for Google Analytics and for measuring which pages lead to WhatsApp and call clicks. Those tools may set cookies and collect usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) under Google’s privacy policy. We do not run advertising pixels or remarketing audiences. You can block these tools with your browser’s cookie settings or a content blocker; the site works the same without them.

Payments are taken through Razorpay or by bank transfer. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and your bank; we never see or store card numbers.

8. Your Rights under the DPDP Act

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for its use. Write to the grievance officer below; we respond within 30 days, and sooner where we can. Booking records that the law requires us to keep (invoices, GST records) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
