Hotels in Gurugram — Cyber City to Golf Course Road

Gurugram holds more corporate headquarters than Delhi itself, and they are not in one place: Cyber City and Udyog Vihar at the Delhi border, the Golf Course Road towers to the east, Sohna Road and the far sectors to the south. Staying in the right district is the difference between a ten-minute commute and an hour.

What’s in Gurugram

Gurugram grew from farmland into the NCR’s corporate capital in twenty years, and it grew in districts. Cyber City and Udyog Vihar, at the Delhi border, hold the DLF towers, the consulting firms and the first wave of headquarters, with Cyber Hub’s restaurants beside them. Golf Course Road has the newer towers and DLF Phase 5. Sector 29 and MG Road are the leisure and shopping centre with the Yellow Line metro. Sohna Road, Sector 90 and Manesar are the south: industrial estates, auto plants and the far-sector offices.

The important thing: Gurugram is an hour across at peak. The highway and the Golf Course Road extension carry everything, and the wrong district adds forty minutes each way. Tell us the office, not the city.

Three ways to choose

North, for Cyber City. Leela Ambience or The Oberoi when the hotel matters; Trident, Novotel Cyber Hub, Hyatt Place or Radisson Udyog Vihar for the working week.

East, for Golf Course Road. ibis Golf Course Road for value; the Rapid Metro connects to Cyber City if your meetings are split.

Centre and south. Lemon Tree Premier or Radisson in Sector 29 for the central sectors and the metro; Radisson Sohna Road, Holiday Inn Sector 90 or Ginger Manesar when the work is in the south.
