1. About Us

Samyati.in is operated by Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India with GSTN: 27AATCS7542M2ZE and PAN: AATCS7542M. Our head office is at 102, Shanti Niwas Building, Baner, Pune — 411045.

2. Nature of Service

Samyati.in is a hotel booking intermediary. We research, recommend, and book branded hotels on behalf of our clients. We are not a hotel, not a tour operator, and do not sell packaged holidays. We do not book flights, transfers, or activities.

3. Booking Process

• All bookings are initiated via WhatsApp, phone, or email. There is no online booking engine on this website.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Samyati.in with the hotel name, dates, rate, and booking reference.
• Verbal confirmations are not binding — always obtain a written confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise for international hotels.
• Rates are net rates confirmed at time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes.
• GST-compliant tax invoices are issued by Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd for all bookings.
• Prices may change if booking dates, room type, or occupancy change after the initial quote.

5. Our Role & Liability

Samyati.in acts as an agent between the client and the hotel. We are not responsible for:

• Hotel service quality, room conditions, or amenities (though we advocate strongly on your behalf)
• Hotel overbooking situations (we will find you an alternative at the earliest)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
• Any additional charges levied by the hotel directly (minibar, room service, damages)

Our liability is limited to the booking service fee paid to us, if any.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel details including correct name as per ID proof
• Check-in with valid government-issued photo ID as required by the hotel
• Arrive within the check-in window — late arrivals beyond midnight may result in cancellation
• Respect hotel policies including smoking rules, pet policies, and noise regulations

7. International Bookings

For international hotel bookings, rates are quoted in INR equivalent or the destination currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between quote and payment may affect the final INR amount. We will inform you of any significant changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on samyati.in — including text, brand name, logo, and hotel database — is the property of Inspirito Ventures Pvt Ltd. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
