Sheraton Hyderabad opened in 2015 at Nanakramguda, as the Financial District was becoming the newest and busiest end of the tech corridor. It is the full-service hotel for that district: 284 keys, 56 of them serviced apartments with kitchens, with the Amazon campus, Wells Fargo, ICICI and — since 2023 — the US Consulate General within a few minutes.
It suits consultants and visiting teams at the Financial District campuses, who want to be on the Gachibowli side rather than in HITEC City; long project stays, where an apartment with a kitchen makes a month workable; and visa applicants with an early appointment at the consulate, who can't risk the drive from the centre.
What it isn't: a hotel for Madhapur or Banjara Hills. Mindspace and Cyber Towers are 15 to 30 minutes north; the centre is 45 minutes to an hour. For HITEC City meetings, the Westin inside Mindspace is the better base.
Nanakramguda is the southern end of Hyderabad's tech corridor — the Financial District, Kokapet and the Outer Ring Road — and the Sheraton sits in it. Gachibowli's DLF Cybercity, Wipro and ISB are a short drive north; the airport is the most direct run in the city, straight down the ORR.

The hotel is at 115/1 Nanakramguda in the Financial District, off the Gachibowli–Kokapet road. From the airport, the Outer Ring Road exit for Nanakramguda brings you almost to the door — the shortest airport run of any Hyderabad business hotel. We can arrange a pickup with the booking.
